A friend and I have spent the last year building a website dedicated to interviewing chefs and musicians about everything from the best places to eat on tour to how to fix a grease trap. In October for the Gainesville Fest 11, we put out a print version of some of our favorite interviews and reviews so far. The plan is to work at least an hour everyday to edit, compile, print, bind, design, etc the next print version. The first was the Fest Issue, this will be the Fun-a-Day Issue!
